Seller and I negotiated a price. He took several days to mark it as shipped. When he did, he didn't offer a valid tracking number. When I asked for tracking, he ignored the messages. It wasn't until I marked it as not received that he responded. I suspect this seller had second thoughts about the agreed price and just didn't send. Even if that's not true, there was poor communication. Thankfully ebay refunded my money.
