No markings of M&S. seller has remained polite and helpful, has said it was a mistake in the listing and has refunded promptly. This seller sells a lot. I sell a high volume of items and from my extremely high near on perfect feedback it shows I'm human and can make mistakes and if i do i recognize and always sort out for any buyer
