Hi there. I had intended to write feedback sooner but have been very busy. I was very disappointed with this purchase as the coop was incredibly difficult to build... very little info given. All the wire had to be cut to size and attached and took forever! What has been most frustrating is where the roof is horizontal (seemed OK at first during nice weather) in the rain the roof collects a huge pool of water. Roof needed to be pitched centrally in my opinion to be weather proof.

Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
