Original package on arrival in picture, agreed to resend order, that didn’t get to my address either. Trader unbelievably suggested I chase with courier. Poor coms throughout, I have and continue to have to chase for refund. Dragged on so long out of 47 days money back through e bay. How they manage to operate as a business is beyond me. E bay not interest as long as they get their commission. Criminal to be honest. I will be seeking advice through CAB to deal with this company. Disgraceful!
