It’s white light but quite dimmer than the traditional festoon lamp I removed from the cabin of my Ford Focus. Probably I ordered incorrect (reg plate bulb)... But still the whitish ambience gives great cool look to the car cabin.

I wanted this bulb to replace an incandescent in a car interior light. I'd tried cheaper generic LED units, which were single sided PCBs with weak LEDs. I hoped this one would be better. But the colour is very cold, and not very bright. The only thing it achieves is light coming out all around. If this is "white" I hate to think how cold "blue white" must be. What I need is a brighter, warmer bulb - bit like an incandescent really...I wanted this bulb to replace an incandescent in a car interior light. Osram quality
These LED festoon bulbs are maybe not most intensely bright LED bulbs out there but being OSRAM they are certainly better than generic LED bulbs. But I like the understated and and crisp white light that this bulbs gives. I am actually using one in the interior roof lamp in my classic Ford Escort where it works well.

A bit disappointed. Bought them to replace standard ones in car. The light is more daylight than warm glow from standard ones but they are not any brighter
