Replacement Lexus Keys
I was down to last out of 3 Lexus RX keys and it snapped!! Ouch I glued and held carefully whilst waiting for this key to arrive. Don’t make mistake I made and think you’re getting 2 keys! But I was rushing. Seller was very communicative and cuts a working key straight from a smartphone photo or the key code if you have it. He offered choice of a branded key that looks like the Lexus key or a heavy duty one. Doesn’t look much different but track record and car being 18 years old-opt for strong for sure. Not much to say about the key. The remote fitted perfectly. No screws to fiddle with (always cracked near screw holes anyway) so that’s a plus. The thing just works! and it feels like it will never break-Lexus keys always seemed to have a flex/bend in the plastic as they are so ... I was down to last out of 3 Lexus RX keys and it snapped!! The key, taking apart the fact it has no Lexus logo, is identical to my original key. Swapping the electronics was pretty easy and it works perfectly. Up until now it feels strong and durable. Immediately after submitting my order, someone contacted me to provide a photo from my key so they could cut the metal blade, which they did with awesome detail. I strongly recommend this product and this supplier.The key, taking apart the fact it has no Lexus logo, is identical to my original key. Swapping the electronics was pretty easy and it works perfectly. Up until now it feels strong and durable. Immediately after submitting my order, someone contacted me to provide a photo from my key so they could cut the metal blade, which they did with awesome detail. Excellent replacement for original
The original key casing broke in my hand, not great quality. This replacement is identical and it was simple to place the remote mechanism inside the new casing. The key works perfectly in the ignition.
