ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND/NO LONGER WANTED/ORDERED BY MISTAKE will receive only a 50% refund or be returned to customers if they have been opened/unboxed/had seals removed or are no longer in original condition.
 
1 - FAULTY ITEMS
If, within 14 days of purchase, you wish to return faulty goods for a refund or replacement you must first contact our Customer Services via the eBay Contact System as we may be able to resolve your issue without the need for a return. If a fault has been detected after 14 days the issue can only be resolved directly with the manufacturer.
 
All printers being returned as faulty must have a manufacturer support fault reference in order to guarantee a refund. The fault reference can be obtained from manufacturer customer support or through their website chat. We will only compensate for postage (up to £5) where this reference is provided.
 
Any faults must be described accurately as the item will be inspected and tested upon receipt to ensure a genuine fault. Items returned for false/inaccurate reasons where a fault is not present will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer.
 
2 RETURN OF NON-FAULTY ITEMS
If within 14 days starting the day after delivery of receiving the goods you wish to return the item and cancel your order, you should contact our Customer Services via the eBay Contact System.
 
We can only accept the return of non-faulty goods providing the goods are complete, unopened, have factory seal transit tape/clips in place (and have not been removed), with all relevant packaging in an unused condition or in the condition in which they were received.
 
In the case of a printer unit, please ensure that all accessories, cables, printed material, CD's, original inks AND extra Ink Cartridge bundles are included with your return otherwise it will not be authorised.

Unfortunately I’m having to leave neutral, and the reason is I purchased this item from him as he registered as a business which means I should be able to get a VAT receipt so I can claim back on my expenses unfortunately when I asked for VAT receipt he wasn’t able to provide one and now I’m out of pocket o also the printer itself is exactly as described and works fine and was delivered in a good time but wouldn’t give me track number odd for 89.99 item, not sure why???

    Very good printer.

    Bit fiddly to set up as you need Internet web site to get instructions, could have been printed out in booklet supplied. Print quality and speed are excellent in all modes, so o really a very good machine.

    Good Printer

    It's a good looking machine and I love the flip out control panel. The set up is ok but the machine likes to print wireless lee not cable which is ok if you only have to set up once but it asks every time to re-initialise, what a pain.

    XP3100 Printer

    I thought that my old DX7400 was good but this printer is brilliant, it takes a little more to set up but the results are excellent and it is queiter and much quicker than my old machine, and I really like seperate inks, all in all a very good purchase.

    Looks like it's never been used! Works perfectly.

    Set up was a breeze both for Windows 10 laptop and Android using Epson iPrint for Android. Text printing is high quality and pretty quick. Nice clean edges around text. Not laser speed but perfect for general use. The reworked cartridges installed fine and the colours are true. I had to run three print head cleans to clear the nozzles until nozzle check printed without gaps in the line test. Fairly quiet and looks smart in black. A bit of a bargain at £50 as it includes a set of inks and delivery! Thank you to the seller.

    Fussy printer

    Very fussy printer, had to clean print heads. Five times. Before I got a proper printout, doesn't like non eosin inks, originals are almost double price of printer
