HAPPILY recommend this bike and seller to others! Arrived just 20 hours after ordering. Straightforward for 1 person to put together. I'm reviewing after a couple of weeks of use, and it's all going well -- quiet to pedal, and feels well-built and solid. Note if you're under 5ft, or have limited knee flexibility, it might be a bit hard to get on/off (easier in recumbent mode.)

Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
