Delivery information
Prices quoted are for UK Mainland only despite costs quoted by Ebay on some listings. (This means Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland incur additional charges by the courier company) Our couriers are for Mainland UK and Northern Ireland, and Europe.
Areas outside of mainland UK must request a quote before placing order.
If you are not available when delivery is attempted a card will be left for you to arrange a suitable time for redelivery, any items that are returned to us due to customers not making arrangements incur a re-postage fee at full cost.
Due to strict policy of EBay, PayPal and banks and card companies we can only deliver to the registered addressed associated with your payment method and the goods must be signed for at the address.
We can leave your parcel with neighbours and the address cannot be altered to an alternative address even after placing an order.

All our deliveries are by courier and the company we use is Yodel and DHL, you can track your parcel online on their websites.
 
We cannot offer a set delivery time, and we cannot provide delivery on Saturday or Sunday - although eBay states 24 hour delivery, it must be accounted for that the goods must be picked, packed and dispatched - our order cut off time is nine a.m so orders placed after this time may not be dispatched until the following day, if you place an order on a Thursday after nine a.m your goods might not be delivered until Monday.

Sale of Goods Act does not allow a buyer to return something due to change of mind.
Distance Selling Act allows a 28 day cooling off period on Buy it now but not Auction Items.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to qualify under this act.
All items must be returned at buyers own cost and with a traceable means of postage to avoid dispute on any lost post, including name and address and goods returned in same condition received. Good retuned without original packaging will be charged a 15% repacking fee.
Goods returned after the 14 day period due to change of mind will be charged a 15% restocking fee, the goods must be returned as sold in original packaging.
Any items returned due to change of mind that have been used will not be refunded or replaced, please do not return used items, you would need to bear the cost of the item being returned to yourself, or the item will be disposed of.
Faulty goods should be returned immediately, including letter explaining fault, eBay name, item number and date purchased, along with address where replacement item should be sent to. Goods must be returned before replacement is sent.

You must report to us immeidatley on 02476641033 if you recieve a damaged item, or have an item missing, we only have a 24 hour window to make a claim through the courier for items they have lost or damaged.

    amazing very posh looking very bright def a beast off mars and quite

    i had all the mars hydro leds each time a new model came out i had to try it i must say the result is amazing def a pro its so cheap on eletric my 200w red cfl takes more the heat is warm so max exhaust you want is 4" anything more is over kill like my rvk 187 speed this light is more for 60x60x 160cm tents if you have a 80x80x160 you def need a bigger one or two 400 .the fan is the quite which is better my mars 300w is louder so thats a massive bonus its very posh looking and bright with its two switches grow and bloom to sum it up i think its the best i had so far def getting another i love the clips inside the box to join them all together like lego hopes this helps and heres a tip less water and less feed you only need a bit more in week 4 till week 8 flowering or there be sat ...

    Silent, Bright Sunlike light, Not too hot, Great power to performance light panel

    No problem works as intended.. The cable to the ballast power suppy it rather long.. but that's because you can remove the power supply and mount it away from the light panel (handy actually). It's easy to tie up for cable and put it out the way but it does tilt the panel a tad.. Again easy to counterbalance with a little weight on one end. It's a really sweet panel i already have a few of them and will possibly get one more.

    Great light !

    These lights are great, no noise at all, great amout of light, and plants are growing very well under them, would not hesitate to buy more, and possible to take photos of plants with lights on, unlike the purple coloured lights, highly recommended !

    Feels and looks well made, in just over two weeks of using it I have noticed a big difference in growth and all round health of my TOMATOES compared to my old light, it’s very good with the cost of electric! With the heat of the light the stickers are pealing off but that’s nothing definitely buy again and wish I got one sooner.
