Item arrived well-packaged and in good time. Unfortunately it was not in fully operating condition as advertised. Seller offered refund which would not have made any difference as the unit was already installed, and the cost of removal etc would not have made it worthwhile. Make sure the unit has been demonstrated as fully operational before selling and purchasing. Seller communication was good.
