These pair of antennas were exactly as described and appear to offer better reception if mounted high and outside (if at all possible). Inside they don't do much more than the Nighthawk itself w/o antenna. Overall, the quality is good. The shipment was a bit slower than expected, but I was in no hurry. The seller was great with communication and had the best price on the net. I would recommend both for the price!
