Horrible experience bait switch with cpu's tried to get me to pay the same amount for lesser hardware. I do NOT recommend. They did refund my money but it was a total waste of time purchased a barebones unit that had almost as much of the same stuff as what they offered here for 400 less

    I've owned recording studio for 25 years. I've only been my own computers that whole time ....custom PCs usually top-of-the-line everything. This time I decided to buy an HP workstation, with dual Xeons, because I'm getting into video as well now. I am very glad I did. This machine is rock-solid, ridiculously stable and 32 threads with 96 gigs of RAM and a couple solid state drives.... you can't really go wrong. So far I am extremely happy with this computer and definitely would say I'll buy another one when it's time. And the fact that it is completely tooless and modular, just makes it a winner in all facets. Whether I'm mixing 40 tracks of 24/96 or 4.6k raw video editing, it eats it all and doesn't flinch. And getting last year's model for 1/5 the price is a no-brainer , buy this ...

    I thought the product was okay. With Win 11 coming out I can't update. So for those looking for a reliable machine, it is good for daily chores. If you are expecting to be able to update, you are out of luck, although Win 10 will continue to update until 2025 or that is what Microsoft has said.

    Happy with my purchase.

    I'm happy with my purchase. Upgraded the RAM, dropped in a SSD. Installed VMware ESXi and started creating VMs with no issues. Can't wait to do processor upgrades and add more memory to create a beast of a VM host.

    This is my second HP Z620 workstation.

    This is my second HP Z620 workstation. My other workstation had an accident and has become a parts machine. I am going to put in my spare HP cpu riser board in this to add a second CPU, (I have ordered two E5-2643 V2 Xeon cpu's as an upgrade) This unit shipping was fast (I am in Vancouver British Columbia) The case is clean and the protective film is still on it, inside the case the parts, components and fans etc, where clean and dust free and it looks like it did light duty. I was surprised to find that it came shipped with two Matrox 4 port display video cards for a total 8 supported monitors. The 32g of memory that came with this unit is running @ 1600mhz The system came with E5-2640 V2 and is more than sufficient as a daily office workstation, and would make a good work ...

    BEAST!

    This is my first server type rig. This is a beast! Love the HHD ready slots Love the easy access components The max capacity of this is amazing! up to 512gb of ram, in the process of upgrading (taking baby steps on this, the ram price to 256 // 512 will be more expensive than the rig itself LOL). Definitely looking forward to be with this rig in the long haul.
