This is NOT 2.6m high bolt.... You shouldn't address this 2.6m to confuse customer. this is actually 2.7m high.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry you are not happy with the product. The description states 'Supplied with 2 x 1.35m rods to fit a door up to 2.7m, the rods can be cut down to size'. In a typical installation the knob is not set vertically central, therefore the top bolt is longer than the lower one, and in this situation the maximum operational bolt height is 2.6M.
