The seller shipped the item right away and I had it less than four days after ordering. The figurine looked even better in person than it did in the photos and was in perfect condition as advertised. But what most impressed me was the care given to wrapping the figurine--the seller wrapped it tightly and layered the bubble wrap. It was clear that the seller cared about making sure the figuring got to the destination safely and without breaking (which it did).
