    Just What I Wanted

    I bought the FitBit Tracker (w/o Heart Rate monitor) because I wanted to keep track of how many steps I did (or didn't do) during the day. I also like the fact that it keeps track of how many hours I sleep and whether or not I've met my goal. The App Dashboard comes in handy. I check it every night before I do to bed to see how well I had to done during the day and check it again the first in the morning so see how many it tracked that I've slept and whether or not I was restless during the night. I go on their website to track my calories and what I've eaten during the day and keep track of the calories I have to go to meet my goal for the day. I am very pleased this tracker. I know that there are other trackers out there that do the same thing, but I found this one to be easy ...

    Disappointed

    The app has a difficult time locating my tracker whether on my MAC or mobile. I turn off my bluetooth when I am using the computer, as it suggests. The fitbit is right next to the laptop. I think I should just uninstall everything and reset the fit. It also doesn't seem to be very accurate. I can do 4 flights of stairs and it says 1. I can work out for 90minutes at high level and it says minimum activity. So far I am not impressed.

    great purchas

    Just as advertised. I especially like the sleep analysis, it has actually helped me get better sleep. It's the first thing I check in the morning to see if the data corresponds to how rested I feel. Tracking the steps has helped me set realistic goals, I see how much I walk in an average work day and plan a work out that builds on that analysis.

    Light weight

    Lots of nice features that work really well but one. The steps are a little less than they really are. I counted 1000 steps and the fit bit says only 953. I did this twice and got the same results. Other wise good item.

    walk on!

    These things are great....if they work for you. each one I had, stopped working after a short time. The company was very responsive with replacing 'defective" units, but I had no luck in keeping them working properly. Back to the old model multiplex watch.
