This heel balm is amazing. I suffer with cracked heels that often become painful and this cream really helps to soften the skin and ease the dryness. It is a thick cream but light and a little goes a long way. I apply the cream to my heels when I'm going to bed and by the morning it feels so much better, softer, and above all not so painful.
