Asked what could be done about this, they said I couldn’t return the item for a replacement and issued a partial refund since it was a gift for a friend. Overall helpful.

My book was still wrapped in cellophane. So, a new book just as described and as pictured. Plus it was wrapped in foam and shipped in a fresh, clean box the very next day after I purchased it. Not only did the Dunkin Bookstore offer the book for a great value, but I would consider their customer service excellent as well. Highly recommended seller!
