I’d seen a similar cat tree on one of the big pet store websites and it was over double the price of this one. It arrived within 48 hours and was well packaged. It was quite a heavy box though so be ready if like me you are collecting from somewhere! Instructions were clear but to be honest you could do it without it’s pretty easy!

This might take 1-2 working days. Before the end of the following working day, the parts arrived. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this.
