The seller sent it quickly, it was well packaged. Instructions included. Lots of parts but all numbered. If you follow the instructions carefully, it all comes together very well and looks great.

From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this.
