I bought two doors in a single order. One is perfect and is already installed and looks and works great. The other arrived cracked in the box, on two panels. The seller has been very easy to work with, although trying to convince eBay's process that, no, I only want to return ONE door, has been dodgy. Still, the one door is great, I'm ordering the second one (which I desperately need) as soon as this one gets refunded.

The item is as described. They are good, quality bags. The issue is with the seller not sending the item timely & when I reached out to the seller I got an automated response that they should still be able to get the item to me within the estimated shipping time. When I reached out to the seller it was already past the delivery date. I still have no other response from the seller. I would like a full refund of the purchase price and cancel my order. We are a business and will not order again.
