This shed is very complicated to put together it is not just a clip bolt screw it needs a professional who has patience and knows how to read plans.It takes a minimum 5hrs with everything laid out also it is a 2 person job.Yes it comes with a base But no floor we had to get that seperate we got OBS board cut to size.When you buy your floor you need to get it cut to size then in half as it will not fit in onto the base in 1 peice
