Item sent was not the item ordered. Tbh the cost/ time taken to return it is not worth my while. I do not recommend this seller and won’t be using them again. The item sent does not allow me to attach the spray wand which is why I specifically ordered the version displayed in their advertisement. Sensible little compost bin
Love this useful little addition to my utility room. It is perfectly sized and easy to clean as the inner liner comes out. My previous compost was too big and made of very cheap plastic which snapped (the lid). This one is just perfect!

Bad design
It looks attractive on the kitchen worktop. It looks likes a smart expensive kitchen gadget, not at all like a compost bin. So that’s very nice. Also, it’s just the right capacity at 2.5L for a 1-2 person household. But there is a major design fault in that you cannot remove the inner (green) bucket to empty it or to give it a thorough wash, without first detaching the white lid. There are no instructions as to how to do this (the product’s tag says “lift the lid and remove it” - very helpful I don’t think!) and I don’t dare try in case I break the hinge. In any case, I don’t want to be unclipping and reassembling the lid every day, because plastic is fragile and it breaks eventually if you keep pulling and pushing at it. Good looking and a convenient size for kitchen waste
I have accepted the idea of recycling food waste in my home of two adults, and my local authority collects the waste regularly. I previously used an old plant pot holder but it was not really suitable. The Addis waste bin is a very attractive container, has a lid to conceal the contents and is a good size for our household. I use a 6 litre compostable bag available widely online and I change it every couple of days to prevent deterioration of the contents. The waste bin also has a rubber ring surrounding the base to make it non slip. Perfect caddy
My friend had one in her kitchen, so I decided to purchase one too. It's perfect. Not big and bulky, but just right for a days plate scrapings etc. The best bit is that no insects/ flys can get inside. The inside is removable so very easy to keep clean. I can't recommend enough.

Easy to clean and good size
This food waste bin is a good size for a kitchen caddy. It is streamlined and easy to clean. The biodegradable bag fit nicely and can be tucked away so they don't look messy.
