I needed the guide ropes because as I was trying it out a gale arrived.. see photos . Also it stayed up three nights and minimum rain came through the too...really decent waterproofing..good value and looks good..oh I had to relocate a couple of the roof bars after I rescued it from the gust of wind ..I like it..

It wasn't, as I discovered 2 weeks later after coming back from a holiday. Communication with the company was swift with the request from them to identify the missing parts. 10.00 that night I got a response the warehouse would find the parts missing from stock and send. This might take 1-2 working days. Before the end of the following working day, the parts arrived. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

They offer £30 partal refund I refused and asked for replacement (which they don't do) I am now being ghosted from reply to my email i have given they 24hrs after this time I will open a case. From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this.
