Item as described. I doubt you’d get the bag it comes in at this price usually, so this is such a bargain. Everything is so well manufactured and presented. Unfortunately it doesn’t quite fit me so it’ll go to a charity shop. Even so, after this experience I’ll definitely visit them in Mayfair although the prices are probably, at least, ten times as much.

I'm a happy buyer of Bates hats over many years and was astonished to get a new hat for this price: delighted! I thought the third party delivery arranged by the seller was flawed, the parcel being left at the wrong address as proved by the photo of the wrong front door. DHL has proved reliable for us and this isn't usually a problem; the parcel appeared magically after a post on the village FB page. It's just too hot to wear the hat at the moment...
