The product is good for purpose, it is easy to put together and should do a job of making 180L compost for the garden.

Looks good so far, but a worrying fault. Supplier not responding.
The assembled tumbler is compact and looks easy to use but I have not risked testing it because there are cracks in the pivot points of one of the half barrels which I am afraid may fail under load. The supplier has not responded to my email yet. 5/6/18 - the supplier has still not responded to my email. TR. After eight weeks the supplier has still failed to reply to my notice of damage, the manufacturer, Draper Tools, has also failed to contact them and says that no spare parts are available.The assembled tumbler is compact and looks easy to use but I have not risked testing it because there are cracks in the pivot points of one of the half barrels which I am afraid may fail under load. End product good but putting together isn’t straightforward due to part not fitting properly
Whilst the product is good the component are not necessarily compatible to each other so the build the unit is laborious being parts have to be modified to join together. Also I think the instructions need to be readdressed
