    Nicely made and ideal for the job

    This dummy battery box is a good size for fitting a modern battery into. It is a bit too flexible around the opening which means that a clamp squashes it a bit but this can be overcome with bits of wood to shim out the contents.

    Smells horrible, cheap quality rubber?

    Rubber smells horribly, even after letting it sit outside in the sun for a week. Literally stinks up the whole garage. I'm wondering if this is made in China of poor quality materials.
