ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND/NO LONGER WANTED/ORDERED BY MISTAKE will receive only a 50% refund or be returned to customers if they have been opened/unboxed/had seals removed or are no longer in original condition.
 
1 - FAULTY ITEMS
If, within 14 days of purchase, you wish to return faulty goods for a refund or replacement you must first contact our Customer Services via the eBay Contact System as we may be able to resolve your issue without the need for a return. If a fault has been detected after 14 days the issue can only be resolved directly with the manufacturer.
 
All printers being returned as faulty must have a manufacturer support fault reference in order to guarantee a refund. The fault reference can be obtained from manufacturer customer support or through their website chat. We will only compensate for postage (up to £5) where this reference is provided.
 
Any faults must be described accurately as the item will be inspected and tested upon receipt to ensure a genuine fault. Items returned for false/inaccurate reasons where a fault is not present will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer.
 
2 RETURN OF NON-FAULTY ITEMS
If within 14 days starting the day after delivery of receiving the goods you wish to return the item and cancel your order, you should contact our Customer Services via the eBay Contact System.
 
We can only accept the return of non-faulty goods providing the goods are complete, unopened, have factory seal transit tape/clips in place (and have not been removed), with all relevant packaging in an unused condition or in the condition in which they were received.
 
In the case of a printer unit, please ensure that all accessories, cables, printed material, CD's, original inks AND extra Ink Cartridge bundles are included with your return otherwise it will not be authorised.

    Unfortunately I’m having to leave neutral, and the reason is I purchased this item from him as he registered as a business which means I should be able to get a VAT receipt so I can claim back on my expenses unfortunately when I asked for VAT receipt he wasn’t able to provide one and now I’m out of pocket o also the printer itself is exactly as described and works fine and was delivered in a good time but wouldn’t give me track number odd for 89.99 item, not sure why???

    Excellent and well made label maker

    I have purchased this to label all 300 of my various plants, shrubs and tree's. I am 100% satisfied. It is easy to use, prints very clear labels and has a host of features to enable customised fonts to be used.

    38% of tape wasted

    The machine prints well like its predecessors. However this one is set up to make one use as much tape as possible e.g. My labels are typically 65mm long but when printed out there is a blank leader of 25mm ahead of each printed output - and this still allows for reasonable margins. This is a deliberate waste of 38% of the tape which is typically £11 an 8m roll. Do not buy this machine.

    Ideal for marking files, drawers, anything really

    Not being particularly technical, it took me a while to sort out all the various functions, but once done this little printer is great. Uses batteries quickly so worth investing in a charger, but make sure it is the correct one as the polarity is important.

    Permanent Labels for the garden

    A quality, largely intuitive device. It produces clear, sharp labels. I would suggest, to be on the safe side, that genuine Brother tapes are used. Wouldn't want them to fade!
