Laptop arrived dirty and had a lot of crumbs/dirt on the keyboard and in the screen hinge. Case also had a lot of visible greasy stains. A deep clean myself rectified this but I expected it to arrive cleaner. Apart from this laptop arrived in full working order and was great value for money.

The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.
