The only issue I have is that although it states that it works with I pods its only the younger versions (lighting connector) from messages with Blaupunkt and the seller I think this is because its only handles AP2 not AP1 , I guess this maybe Apple Play versions, hence it will not talk to an I pod classic. Typical Apple though & not seller
