The seller has the worst shipping service (Not Royal Mail), took forever & a day, the communication with seller trying to negotiate a fair price on this "acceptable" graded 1983 Billboard magazine....Magazine truly not worthy of the sellers firm asking price, so this transaction was short on several levels. I am a on again / off again seller on the platform myself, and I really didn't want to be the one to tarnish this sellers 100% positive feedback, but I sincerely wonder how they earned it?
