I had to pay $3.90 out of pocket and drive 15 miles to town in a huge snow storm to pick up at post office since they wouldn't deliver due to postage due! She said something about package was sent as regular mail, and when seller put tracking sticker on it, the post office then considered it a parcel instead of a letter. Stickers are cute!
