ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND/NO LONGER WANTED/ORDERED BY MISTAKE will receive only a 50% refund or be returned to customers if they have been opened/unboxed/had seals removed or are no longer in original condition.
 
1 - FAULTY ITEMS
If, within 14 days of purchase, you wish to return faulty goods for a refund or replacement you must first contact our Customer Services via the eBay Contact System as we may be able to resolve your issue without the need for a return. If a fault has been detected after 14 days the issue can only be resolved directly with the manufacturer.
 
All printers being returned as faulty must have a manufacturer support fault reference in order to guarantee a refund. The fault reference can be obtained from manufacturer customer support or through their website chat. We will only compensate for postage (up to £5) where this reference is provided.
 
Any faults must be described accurately as the item will be inspected and tested upon receipt to ensure a genuine fault. Items returned for false/inaccurate reasons where a fault is not present will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer.
 
2 RETURN OF NON-FAULTY ITEMS
If within 14 days starting the day after delivery of receiving the goods you wish to return the item and cancel your order, you should contact our Customer Services via the eBay Contact System.
 
We can only accept the return of non-faulty goods providing the goods are complete, unopened, have factory seal transit tape/clips in place (and have not been removed), with all relevant packaging in an unused condition or in the condition in which they were received.
 
In the case of a printer unit, please ensure that all accessories, cables, printed material, CD's, original inks AND extra Ink Cartridge bundles are included with your return otherwise it will not be authorised.

    Great value, but can't do A4 Photo 'Glossy' Printing

    Good value printer to replace my old Pixma. Scanning is good quality too. All the functions and things your used to. The only thing I will say as a warning to potential buyers is that it is unable to print photo's onto glossy A4 paper. I tried for the life of me to get the drivers/software to accept my settings but kept getting a 4103 error (Cannot perform printing with current print settings). I had to Google to find out the cause. There is no A4 paper option for photo printing. I had to settle for normal paper/high quality and use A4 glossy paper with that option. Not bad, but if that's a deal breaker then you'll have to find a printer that can print photos on A4. This cannot!

    Great printer as I love the WiFi option which allows you to send wirelessly to the printer to print. Print quality is decent, I’d say it’s an average printer.
