The delivery service was terrible, delivery company dumped the bed on my patio they refused to bring the bed into the house saying they where not insured to do so but asked me to open the door so it wouldn’t look like they had left it outside. When unpacked it was soaking wet and dirty with staples hanging out, the smell from it is horrendous.offered £15 and then £25 refund. Communication terrible. Would not recommend and won’t use again 😡😡
