Beds great but delivery experience wasn’t good , bed just dumped on my doorstep with my with with the explanation of the driver saying he wasn’t aloud to bring it in , probably said it somewhere in the smell print which I wished I had read because I wasn’t home at the time of delivery and my little wife had to lump in into the house on her own . Sorry for the bad feedback but her experience wasn’t great with you sorry to say !

Bed arrived on the Wednesday as seller suggested . The delivery service was terrible, delivery company dumped the bed on my patio they refused to bring the bed into the house saying they where not insured to do so but asked me to open the door so it wouldn’t look like they had left it outside. When unpacked it was soaking wet and dirty with staples hanging out, the smell from it is horrendous.offered £15 and then £25 refund. Communication terrible. Would not recommend and won’t use again 😡😡

I was not happy about the item being a rolled - up product. They do say in the small print that it MAY come as a rolled - up item, but this is not very clear in the advert. However, after a bit of a mess - up with their chosen courier service - they did eventually refund me for the item which I refused to take delivery of.
