Delivery and communication was great and ordered bed base at the same time which didn’t so mattress was here almost a month before able to open as came rolled, was disappointed to find it looked completely different from photos which it does state on the item description it can differ, it is also very firm even though has an attached mattress topper, I have added an additional mattress topper which helps a little but not much, my husband now sleeps in different room as finds it so uncomfortable

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Having to go through financial ombudsman. Waited well over a month after delivery date changed 4 times. Arrived outside estimated time so was not planned to be around when delivered. Colour was nothing like the photos at all so wanted to return for refund but was told we have to pay ourselves for delivery which was over £100 so not worth the money and after being so unhappy with the x4 cancellations left feeling really angry. False advertising and awful service.
