Mattress is very comfortable fans firm. Does not look same as picture which I was already aware of as it states in the description that styles may very and the pocket sprung pillow top is not as puffy and thick as the pictures show but it is soft and comfortable am happy with this purchase and I recommend this product.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Having to go through financial ombudsman. Waited well over a month after delivery date changed 4 times. Arrived outside estimated time so was not planned to be around when delivered. Colour was nothing like the photos at all so wanted to return for refund but was told we have to pay ourselves for delivery which was over £100 so not worth the money and after being so unhappy with the x4 cancellations left feeling really angry. False advertising and awful service.
