This mattress is super comfortable and arrived in a few days I ordered on a Saturday and it arrived Tuesday! It comes rolled up which I was a little nervous of but soon sprung into shape and the packaging makes it super easy to carry upstairs and get into position - it is slightly softer than I expected for a 4000 pocket sprung mattress but my daughter prefers that it has the padding I would say it’s a medium soft firmness but ideal for my daughter - would recommend

This absolutely surprises me on how comfortable it is. I left my review a few week and can confirm as I have back pain this is absolutely comfortable and cosy. I can not feel the springs at all. It has what I guess is a 2 inch top layer memory foam built inside and keeps you snug and warm but not overheated. I do not have any negatives to add. Came well packed and once you take the package off inflates and ready to use. 5 out of 5 thanks

I was not happy about the item being a rolled - up product. They do say in the small print that it MAY come as a rolled - up item, but this is not very clear in the advert. However, after a bit of a mess - up with their chosen courier service - they did eventually refund me for the item which I refused to take delivery of.
