This absolutely surprises me on how comfortable it is. I left my review a few week and can confirm as I have back pain this is absolutely comfortable and cosy. I can not feel the springs at all. It has what I guess is a 2 inch top layer memory foam built inside and keeps you snug and warm but not overheated. I do not have any negatives to add. Came well packed and once you take the package off inflates and ready to use. 5 out of 5 thanks

Hi i am very disappointed in the mattress that I purchased. I found it to be very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on it was described as medium to firm , and I would not agree with this. So I thought I would return it but this proved to be impossible for me as I had removed it from the vacuum package and box it was too big for me to ship. So now I am stuck with a mattress that is of no use to me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Having to go through financial ombudsman. Waited well over a month after delivery date changed 4 times. Arrived outside estimated time so was not planned to be around when delivered. Colour was nothing like the photos at all so wanted to return for refund but was told we have to pay ourselves for delivery which was over £100 so not worth the money and after being so unhappy with the x4 cancellations left feeling really angry. False advertising and awful service.
