From ordering to it being delivered and me sleeping on it all in 24hrs can't be bad. There is a small bit of assembly needed but very basic and easy to do. Easily recommend and definitely use again 5star plus!

Delivery disappointed take longer than expected as 1st time round the headboard was missing so I declined but a new delivery date was soon sorted for me. Great customer service and good communication. Always kept upto date with times ect and you can track delivery. Delivery Driver was super friendly and chatty. Definitely Recommend

It took a little longer than scheduled to arrive because of logistical issues, but communication was excellent the whole time . I would however r☺️suggest a manufacturers manual with instructions and proper labels, because it took a while to find the holes for fixing the headboard, and I think this is why some people said there were no holes.
