Described as luxury, reality it feels so lumpy and bumpy as topper is attached to mattress with divets so there are numerous dips all over the top making for a terrible sleep if you already have a bad back. Have woken in the middle of the night every day since sleeping on it. It is bouncy, not firm as described. Nothing luxury about it

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Having to go through financial ombudsman. Waited well over a month after delivery date changed 4 times. Arrived outside estimated time so was not planned to be around when delivered. Colour was nothing like the photos at all so wanted to return for refund but was told we have to pay ourselves for delivery which was over £100 so not worth the money and after being so unhappy with the x4 cancellations left feeling really angry. False advertising and awful service.
