Item arrived very quickly, within a couple of days, but unfortunately one of the fasteners was faulty. I contacted the seller, who immediately offered to send a replacement. The replacement took rather longer to arrive - about 2 weeks- but I have it now, and all’s good. The pouch is nice-looking and well made. The only thing I would add is that it’s not ‘soft leather’ as described, it’s actually pretty stiff, but that isn’t a problem for me and in fact probably means it will be more durable
