    Hi Alex, upon inspection of the item you returned, we could not locate the food or hair you are referring to. This is a cashmere sweater and it is natural for the material to shed a bit of hair. That being said, I repeatedly apologized for your disatisfaction and paid for return shipping without questions. I am sorry that you felt the need to still post a negative review. As a note, this cashmere sweater was sold NWOT with no issues as soon as it was reposted.
