GREAT Seller communication. Item was exactly as described and my keyboard is back at 100% functionality. Only thing I'd recommend is slightly more official-looking packaging (a printed address label?), or perhaps a note in the package that indicates the contents/the ebay seller info. It was securely packaged, no damage to the item, but it was just a regular envelope with a few layers of seemingly random paperboard, tape, other insulation - it didn't look official and it took a bit to identify.
