Item arrived broken. A piece of plastic was broken of from the rails among other things, and the broken parts of the rails fell out of them while unpacking the rails. I repaired them as much as I could, and they do still work, but would have been nice to have fully un-damaged rails. The box was also torn and the product wasn't very sophistically packaged.
