    Extremely poorly packed arriving broken, Requested return and they asked if I would like replaced, which I said yes. They told me to close the return and they would send I was dubious as I would not be able to get a refund if they did not send. I told them to refund and I will order again which I did and low and behold they could not send. On top of all this I wasted a week thinking they were being trying to be fair in resolving the issue but far from the truth, they were being dishonest

    We acted in good faith and did nothing wrong. You received a damaged screen, and we issued a return less refund without requiring the item back.. We don’t operate on weekends, and stock checks take time. We intended to send two screens but found only one available. When you placed a second order, we advised you that stock was unavailable and promptly refunded you. Misunderstandings can happen, but your claim of dishonesty is unfair

    You offered to send replacements on Thursday 12 June. You asked me to cancel return 3 different times. You refunded Tuesday 17 June. That's 4 business days. No mention at any time regarding stock issue. Only when I re-ordered, next day you cancelled claiming I requested this and then wrote about your stock. For 6 days I was assuming you had sent the replacements offered but all you wanted was me to close the return so I had no recourse to get replacements or my money back."Dishonest" is fair
