Great customer service! My item failed to be delivered by fedex even though they have reported it as being delivered. Paul who works for Hampshire generators supported me though the whole process chasing fedex for me and helping me prove my parcel wasn’t delivered. He also sent out a new solar generator as soon as fedex accepted fault. He knew I needed the generator for the weekend so he got it out as fast as he could guaranteeing I had it for my camping holiday. Also great product! 5 stars
