We are Independent VivaMK Distributors and we have been serving our customers since July 2009. We run a small home based business and we are human so please bear with us if there are delays or mistakes due to normal life events occurring. We always strive to provide the best customer service that we can. If you are not happy for any reason then please get in touch straight away before you do anything else. We want to help you.
Delivery:
Most of the products in our shop will be dispatched directly from the VivaMK warehouse in Lancashire and carried by Hermes. Delivery times are usually 3 working days. For example, if you order on a Monday then it should be delivered on a Thursday. This can be upgraded to a faster DPD service. Personalised items are delivered by Royal Mail.
There are postage surcharges for delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Please check before ordering. Orders received into the Republic of Ireland are subject to customs duty and VAT, in most cases payable at source. You may receive an email informing the receiver of the total cost of charges that need to be paid. Please do not order if you are not prepared to pay this.
Returns:
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our products. You may return your products in their original saleable condition and packaging accompanied by a receipt to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Cosmetic items must be unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact unless faulty. Buyer pays return postage. You will be refunded the price of the item minus the original postage we spent getting the product/s to you.

    excellent product.

    This is amaxing better than all the exspensive moisturisers softners makes skin silky no sticky residues, exspecialy good for people like myself with psoriasis e.c.t, can be used to wash instead of soap and used as a face and body moisturiser all over, i particularly like this product has it contains no lanolin, like myself some people can have a reaction to lanolin this cream is fragrance free also, yes i highly recommend it have been useing now for over a year and would never change.
