Have been contacted by the seller. The correct PVC Mat with carpet spikes will now be sent to me as originally ordered at no cost to myself. I have been advised by the seller that the original PVC mat does not need to be returned. Seller contacted me today [29th April]. Seller willing to supply PVC mat with carpet spikes at no additional cost to myself as I would expect. As my complaint was dealt with quickly I am willing to change my feedback to Positive as a gesture of good will.

Thank you for your usual prompt service. I really appreciate it. You might want to 'have a word' with the courier, the parcel was left on my doorstep ALL NIGHT. The courier didn't knock!. Please don't let them tell you that there was no answer as I am agoraphobic! The parcel had obviously been 'thrown' around as it was partially damaged and when I moved it, some pellets fell out. Terrible service by THE COURIER. Your service is PERFECT THANKS
