Ordered x3 packets of the same type of hair-straight. Received in a timely manner, however two of the three packets were not straight, they were crimped and not what I paid for. Seller’s offer was to offer a £3 compensation or return the hair for a replacement. When enquired as to who would be liable for posted, communication was quiet. Therefore my review of this service is negative. In my view, if you as a seller make a genuine mistake and send the wrong product, it is your responsibility fix
