The kit is simply a collection of cut to size timbers which is easy to understand and assemble with the screws supplied. It came with an accessory of a giant horntail (harmless to humans) in the pallet. I'd never seen one but they are attracted to pinewood. First class communication.

Solid, looks beautiful & the way it arrived on one pallet ready to unload piece by piece is superb. Delivery was excellent & customer service fantastic . I was missing just a diagram for the separately purchased base & Powersheds were extremely quick & helpful in emailing that to me. Very happy with my purchase.

Delivery was arranged for Friday, when I called the company they told me that the driver will contact me shortly. After about an hour driver called but to arrange the delivery! I was waiting already 10 days for it. Delivery was then arranged for Tuesday but they come on Monday! Not very professional.
